Something that helped me find HOPE was…
Seeing all the people around me who either count on me, look up to me, or I have inspired. I realize that even though I may not have a huge circle of friends, I still have power over how my way of life impacts others around me. Because of that no matter how bad a situation might seem I always take a step back and take into account the impact my choices will have in the future.

Something that helped me find HOPE was…
Learning to take things one day at a time and reminding myself that my circumstances can change. Holding onto even a little bit of hope helped me keep moving forward.
